Project Tracker

This page mirrors the repo-level MASTER_PROJECT_TRACKER.md. It exists so readers, contributors, and reviewers can see the whole build path: what is already public, what is candidate, what needs verification, and what comes next.

The rule is simple: move quickly, but label the layer. A page may be useful before it is final, but source fact, modern translation, mathematical reconstruction, historical note, interpretive reading, speculative connection, and needs-verification material must remain distinct.

  1. Verify the RLI spectrum table and Figs. 14, 15, 18, and 19 against scans.

  10. Refine annotation and crosslink JSON outputs with page maps, confidence levels, and curated canonical links.
  11. Add advanced interactive tools: multi-section surge lattice diagram, vector phasor animation, and source-specific worked calculators.
  12. Scan-verify the Commonwealth Edison report sections, crop Appendix Figure 1, and promote corrected synchronizing-power equations.

  14. Use the deep-decoding promotion queue to choose the next source-balanced batch of curated pages, beginning with the highest-value math, transient, field-language, and apparatus sections.
  15. Acquire and process high-priority bibliography intake sources, beginning with the hysteresis, complex quantities, general circuit equations, magnetic forces, and first-edition variant works.
  16. Complete the Steinmetz patent authority pass, download patent PDFs/drawings, and create one verified patent page per patent.
  17. Use the public citation/data exports, notation ledger, diagram provenance ledger, schema reference, verification workbench, claim attribution ledger, and expert review packets to support external review, dataset reuse, and future multi-author source isolation.
  18. Use the mobile readiness audit to manually inspect high-risk generated pages at 360px, 430px, 768px, and desktop widths before publication pushes.
  19. Add the remaining world-class apparatus: formal JSON schemas, deeper accessibility testing, completed edition collation, verified patent dossiers, and named release publication notes.

The archive may later expand into a wider electrical-science codex including Nikola Tesla, Eric Dollard, Walter Russell, and other researchers. That wider design should keep Steinmetz as a distinct source domain and use comparison pages instead of blending different authors into one voice.

The architecture note is public at Future Codex Architecture. It is recorded now so future expansion does not blur Steinmetz-first source work.
